Leading property management firm Provis has acquired Dubai-based Pacific Owners Association Management (Pacific UAE), adding 6,400 units to its portfolio of owner associations with immediate effect.
These units are located in Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City and Dubai International City and are diversified in various sectors ranging from residential, commercial and retail to hotels and properties in mixed use.
With this acquisition, Provis now manages a total of 22,900 units in collective management of owners in addition to 13,500 units in property management.
