Community Association Management Services promotes David Orr


WILMINGTON – Community Association Management Services (CAMS), an industry leader in community association and condominium management services throughout North and South Carolina, recently announced that Senior Vice President of community management David Orr has been promoted to president. Orr has been instrumental in driving an updated corporate vision and setting overall goals for CAMS since joining the company in December 2019.

Prior to joining CAMS, Dave was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large community association management company where his duties included overseeing the financial success and management services of two offices, 180 employees and over 400 communities. He also previously served as senior vice president of the lifestyle division of a large community association management company, where he was responsible for business development, training, sales and marketing.

As Orr becomes President of CAMS, Mike Stonestreet’s official title will become Founder/Owner. Dave Sweyer will remain CEO of CAMS and his title will be CEO/Owner.
