CIA Services, a management company providing services to more than 100 community associations in the Houston and San Antonio areas, has a new regional headquarters in Humble.

O’Donnell / Snider Construction will construct the 15,000 square foot office building at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, scheduled for completion in June 2021. The single storey building was designed by Tramonte Design Studio.

“As a Houston-based facility for over 36 years, it was a natural and logical decision for us to acquire a permanent base in the Humble area,” said CIA Executive Vice President Renea. Miksch, in a statement. “The new construction head office allows our team members to work more effectively to exceed expectations and better serve our communities. In an effort to continue growth in the Metro Houston area, this move complements CIA Services’ continued mission to provide all levels of quality service that a community association needs.

The company provides billing and collection services, budget preparation, management of deed restrictions, facilities management, coordinates community association board meetings and annual meetings. It will be moving its southwest Houston office to a 2,400 square foot space at One Park 10 Plaza on Interstate 10 West near Texas 6 in November. Changes won’t disrupt service, CIA says
